  • Where are your products made and shipped from?

    Each item is made to order, just for you. This process may take a little longer, but it allows us to reduce waste and overproduction—values we hold close at The K-life. Your piece is carefully printed and prepared by our trusted production partner, then shipped from the location closest to you whenever possible.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do. The K-life offers worldwide shipping, with delivery times and rates varying by destination. We work with a trusted global fulfilment partner to ensure your items arrive as smoothly and efficiently as possible—no matter where you are.

    Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your country’s regulations.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Each item is made to order with care, so please allow extra time for both production and shipping. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.   • Will I need to pay any customs duties or import taxes?

    At The K-life, we partner with international fulfilment providers to bring you beautifully made items from around the world.     As our products are made to order, we currently only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us if something isn’t right.
